10 nmol — routine PCR primers and low-volume research use

100 nmol — applications requiring more material or higher-purity purification options

1 µmol — high-volume applications requiring substantially more oligo
Purification

DSL / Standard — suitable for many routine applications such as standard PCR and sequencing primers

PAGE Plus — higher-purity option for applications where removal of truncated products is more important

PAGE — high-purity purification for more demanding applications

HPLC — high-purity option often used for modified oligos and applications requiring greater purity
Purification availability depends on synthesis scale and oligo specifications. Genesis Biotechnologies will review each request before order confirmation.
