10 bp DNA Ladder - 50 μg

Description
Our 10bp DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 80 to 300 base pairs. The ladder consists of 18 linear double-stranded fragments. The 100 bp and 200 bp fragment are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. For 5 µl loading, all fragments except 100 bp and 200 bp are 40 ng. The 100 bp and 200 bp fragment are 100 ng. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
