Our 100 bp - 1,200 bp DNA Markeris ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1,200 base pairs. The ladder consists of 6 linear double-stranded fragments. The 700 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. For 5 ul loading, all fragments except 700 bp are 25 ng. The 700 bp fragment is 62.5 ng. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
